Premdor White Moulded Textured 4 Panel Internal Doors

The Premdor 4 panel door is composed of a pressed hardboard surface with a textured finish. It arrives in paint-grade, allowing for convenient on-site customisation to match your preferences. It’s perfect for completing a traditional renovation, but this simple door design is just as at home in a more modern property. 

Please note: Door widths 533mm and narrower are supplied in a 2 panel design due to the available surface area.

For a seamless handle and latch installation, the standard door option is designed with a top-edge marking, clearly indicating the lock block edge. In the case of fire doors, you'll find a unique fire door label affixed to the top edge, demonstrating their adherence to rigorous type testing standards under BS 476 Part 22, and their BWF Certifire accreditation. Avoid any interference with or removal of this label, both during the installation process and after its completion. 

Choose between our standard door, featuring a lightweight hollow core weighing approximately 11kg, or opt for the sturdy FD30 fire door with a solid core, providing fire protection with a substantial weight of 36kg.

Sizing

This adaptable door comes in an extensive selection of sizes, including both 35mm and 40mm options. It’s also available in the seven most commonly sought-after fire door sizes, all with FD30 fire rating.

For standard doors featuring 10mm lippings, there is a flexibility of up to 5mm trimming allowed on any edge to ensure a precise fit. Fire doors offer even greater customisation options, with the capacity to trim up to 10mm on both long edges and the bottom edge, while caution is advised against trimming from the top edge to maintain their optimal performance.
