White remains a popular choice for internal doors as it offers a crisp, clean finish that can brighten up any room. White evokes feelings of freshness and simplicity so it’s just at home in a minimalist city apartment as it is a family home looking for a sense of serenity.
We offer solid white doors as well as doors with glazing and fire doors. Options like our ISEO 4 Light White Internal Door offer a truly modern design, and the four-panel glazing will help let in natural light to your home. Designs like the Potenza white door use traditional detailing for a more old-school finish.
We offer a variety of grey tones across our grey internal door range from light grey to chocolate ash all the way through to deep charcoal grey. Our designs include contemporary and traditional veneer patterns so you can find a design that perfectly fits your home’s style. Grey’s neutral tone means it compliments the majority of colour schemes so will fit the majority of homes.
Solid option doors like Montreal Ash Door offer a darker grey shade that still retains a lot of warmth; this style of door looks especially great in minimalist homes and modern apartments. To make the most of the natural light in your home, there is also the Vancouver Light Grey Glazed door which has four clear glass panels made with toughened glass.
Our painted internal doors are also available as bifold doors, such as our Contemporary White 4L Nuvu Roomfold. White bifold doors make great use of clean lines, a bright white finish and toughened glass to make your home feel brighter.
Do you have a very specific colour scheme in mind for your home? Perhaps you’ve been eyeing up a cherry red living room door, or a butter yellow kitchen door. We have a wide range of white primed doors to choose from, including solid and glazed options.
They will arrive with an even prime finish ready for your to finish with your own coat of paint. We have a helpful guide on painting glazed doors to help.
All of our doors are made using engineered oak which offers many benefits over a solid wooden door. Engineered oak is made by bonding small wooden strips, this solid core is then finished with a solid veneer of solid oak. This ensures your door has the appearance of a solid oak door, but without the hefty price tag.
Many of our customers also prefer engineered oak as it requires a lot less maintenance than a solid wooden door, but has all the aesthetic benefits. Solid wooden doors are prone to warping and splitting because of temperature swings and steam. This means they require regular maintenance to keep in their best condition and won’t necessarily last in places with high humidity, such as the kitchen.
Door Sizes For Any Home
As well as offering standard sizes, most of our coloured internal doors have 12mm lippings so they can be trimmed to fit most doors. If you have an especially unusual door size, you can always speak to a member of our team who will be happy to advise.
Safety
We offer many of our coloured doors as FD30 Fire Rated Doors. FD30 rated fire doors are the perfect choice where safety is an important factor, such as your kitchen door. They’re guaranteed to stop the passage of fire and smoke for at least 30 minutes, giving you time to safely escape.
