Today's steel look doors are inspired by Crittall Windows ltd, who created their characteristic look with thin glazing bars for the first time. As well as steel framed windows, they manufactured steel doors with the same appearance.

The composition is reminiscent of the art deco era, with a grid-like design that's elegant and dramatic. Whilst we don't sell Crittall doors, our timber and steel look aluminium doors are inspired by this iconic design. They include the same criss-cross style framework in black or grey to create a look that's both striking and attractive.
