Paint Grade Plywood Fire Door by Jeld-Wen

Designed with softwood stiles and rails, plus hardwood lippings on both long edges for durability, this flush-faced door features a tubular chipboard core, offering strength while remaining lightweight.

Supplied unfinished, it is ready for painting (staining is not recommended) and allows for trimming up to 6mm from the bottom and 4mm from each long edge. The top edge must remain untrimmed to maintain fire certification.

For proper installation, intumescent strips must be fitted to the top and sides of the door or frame to comply with fire safety regulations. On-site cutting for apertures or glazing is not permitted, but these modifications can be done by a BWF-Certifire licensed processor.
