Product Information

Elevate your interior with the modern Ladder 5 Panel Light Grey Laminate Fire Door.

Featuring a sleek 5-panel ladder design, this FD30 fire-rated door adds a sophisticated touch to any space while providing essential fire protection.

Crafted with a prefinished, hard-wearing laminate skin, this door is built for durability and easy maintenance. The easily wipeable surface ensures your door remains pristine with minimal effort.

Our Ladder 5 Panel Light Grey Laminate Fire Door is FSC® Mix Certified (INT-COC-003944.500), showcasing our dedication to sustainability and responsible sourcing. Engineered with a solid core construction, this door offers reliable fire-rated protection, making it an ideal choice for enhancing safety in your home or office.

Key Features:

  • FD30 Fire-Rated Construction: Solid core for enhanced fire protection, providing peace of mind without compromising on style.
  • Trimming and Finishing: Supplied with 6mm lippings, allowing for up to 3mm of trimming from any edge to ensure a perfect fit.

Installation and Finishing Tips:

  • The edge banding supplied loose within the packaging can be re-applied using high-quality impact glue. Ensure constant pressure on the edge band until it fully adheres to the long edges of the door. For optimal adherence, make sure the edges are square and flat after trimming.
  • Alternatively, you can paint the long edge using a good quality paint matching the nearest RAL colour to the door's face. Recommended RAL colours include White (9010), Black (9005), and Light Grey (7044). To prevent paint spillover, apply masking tape to the face edge of the door before painting. Apply a minimum of 2 coats of paint for full protection of the exposed timber lipping.

The Ladder 5 Panel Light Grey Laminate Fire Door seamlessly blends contemporary design with robust fire safety features, making it an ideal choice for any modern interior. Invest in this door for a stylish, durable, and fire-safe addition to your home.
