Our Cottage Light Grey Laminate Fire Door is FSC® Mix Certified (INT-COC-003944.500), reflecting our commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing. Engineered with a solid core construction, this door offers reliable fire-rated protection, making it an ideal choice for enhancing safety without compromising on style.

Key Features:

  • FD30 Fire-Rated Construction: Solid core for enhanced fire protection, providing peace of mind and safety.
  • Trimming and Finishing: Supplied with 6mm lippings, allowing for up to 3mm of trimming from any edge to ensure a perfect fit.

Installation and Finishing Tips:

  • The edge banding supplied loose within the packaging can be re-applied using high-quality impact glue. Maintain constant pressure on the edge band until it fully adheres to the long edges of the door. Ensure the edges are square and flat after trimming for optimal adherence.
  • Alternatively, paint the long edge using a good quality paint matching the nearest RAL colour to the door's face. Recommended RAL colours include White (9010), Black (9005), and Light Grey (7044). Apply masking tape to the face edge of the door before painting to avoid paint spillover. Apply at least 2 coats of paint to fully protect the exposed timber lipping.

The Cottage Light Grey Laminate Fire Door combines classic design with modern fire safety features, making it a perfect choice for any home. Invest in this door for a stylish, durable, and fire-safe addition to your interior.
